At Liberty Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
